Entrepreneural Thinking

The Common Core State Standards represent a milestone in school reform. But meaningful transformation requires more than raising expectations. It requires understanding the fundamental norms that drive instructional practice. It requires leaders courageous enough to navigate the uncharted waters of entrepreneurial thinking.

At Triple-C-21, we coach leaders to understand the difference between training compliant workers and developing entrepreneurial thinkers. Our work goes beyond reforming instructional practices to renorming leadership practices. We help leaders implement planning and appraisal practices that define learning as the capacity to create a marketable intellectual product.
